Congratulations Class of 2017!

On May 26, 2017 BCLHS held our 93rd Commencement Ceremony. Sixty-four young women took the stage to receive their diplomas. Each of them anticipating it won't be their last as they look forward to attending institutions of higher learning or committing to military service. May we hold these young women in prayer as they begin the next milestones in their lives.

Every year, the English Department of BCLHS assigns books for our students to read over the summer. These books deserve attention because they offer insight into the past, the present, and the future. Summer at BCLHS

BCLHS offers enrichment and credit recovery classes during the summer for students entering grades 9-12. A one-week Exploration Program is also available for students entering grades 6-8.

Biotechnology Experience

Through a partnership formed with Amgen Biotech Experience, students are once-again receiving hands on molecular biology lessons. The techniques they are learning through hands on experimentation with state of the art instruments will not only help them move forward in their studies of the sciences but this advanced level of science education program may also qualify them to gain employment during their high school and college careers.
