As a member of Bishop Conaty-Our Lady of Loretto School Community, each family is expected to contribute 15 hours of service to the school during the year. For each hour not served, a fee of $20 will be included on the May statement. Parents receive coupons to record service hours completed throughout the academic year. Coupons must be approved and signed by the appropriate teacher, chairperson or staff person. The white copy of the signed coupon is to be turned in to the Business Office the green copy should be retained for your records. In most instances a signed coupon is the only way hours served will be recorded however, for some meetings and events a sign-in sheet may be submitted by the chairperson to record hours. Service hour opportunities are announced in various communications throughout the year. Please read the monthly newsletter and the daily bulletin posted on our website for current opportunities and needs throughout the school year. Please remember that it is your responsibility to seek out and fulfill your 15 hours of service. Students may not fulfill the parent volunteer obligation. |
