The re-enrollment form updates student and family demographic information and indicates your tuition payment intention. Online re-enrollment ends on February 28, 2017. If you do not complete your online re-enrollment by the deadline of February 28, 2017, and you are planning to return to Bishop Conaty - Our Lady of Loretto HS, your FACTS account will be charged a late fee of $50. In addition, your daughter will not be eligible to register for classes for 2017-2018 until your re-enrollment is complete.
For the coming school year we will use the automatic FACTS Agreement renewal option. If you do not want to make any adjustments to your payment plan it will automatically renew and your tuition for 2017-2018 will be automatically set up. The registration fee will be withdrawn from your FACTS account on March 17 at the early discount rate of $450. If you are not setup for autopay for incidental expenses you will need to log on to your FACTS account to initiate the payment. An additional $50 Registration Fee will be charged if paid after March 31, 2017. If you need to make a change to your payment method or any other change, please contact the Business Office at email@example.com by March 1, 2017.
If you are not returning to Bishop Conaty Loretto, please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org by March 1, 2017, so that your FACTS account will not be charged the re-enrollment fee.For those families who have applied for tuition assistance, decision letters will be mailed in early March and amounts will be credited on FACTS for the 2017-2018 school year. If we do not hear from you and the registration fee is not paid by April 14, 2017, financial aid awards will be forfeited and reassigned to another eligible family.
Your daughter will receive information on courses for next year and instructions on completing the Course Request Form in March.
