Tuition and Fees
 
Tuition costs for Bishop Conaty-Our Lady of Loretto for the 2010-2011 year are:
$5,995 for Catholic students
$6,450 for Non-Catholic students
For families with more than one daughter attending Bishop Conaty-Loretto in 2010-2011 there is a 25% discount on the tuition for the second daughter.
 
Registration Fee is $400.00 (non-refundable)
The registration fee includes basic student insurance, course registration, educational assessment, emergency fund, locker rental, educational field trip, ID badge, agendas, retreat fee (except Kairos), scheduling, and the yearbook fee.
Additional Costs
  • Bishop Conaty – Our Lady of Loretto High School requires parents to support their students and school by volunteering 15 hours of service or making a payment of $300 ($20 per service hour).
  • Membership in the Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) is automatic when your daughter enrolls at BCLHS. Active Membership requests a minimum donation of $10 annually.
  • Participation in two (2) annual fundraisers is mandatory. The annual family obligation is $300.
  • $150 Graduation Fee for seniors only.
  • $75 Athletic Fee for each sport (Sports participants only)
  • Extra-curricular activity fees (clubs, class dues, retreats, etc.) vary according to activity.
  • Additional optional costs for Juniors and Seniors include Class Ring, Senior Sweater, Senior Recognition Yearbook Ad, Kairos Retreat, Prom and Grad Night.
  • Attendance in Summer School is an additional cost.
Tuition Payment Plans
  • Tuition paid in full by August 1, 2010 receives a 5% discount.
  • 11 Monthly payments (July – May)
  • Other arrangements (Semi-Annual, Quarterly) made with the Business Office.
Payment Policy
  • Bishop Conaty – Our Lady of Loretto accepts money order, cash, check and Visa, MasterCard, or Discover credit cards. Payments may be mailed in or brought in person to the Business Office.
  • A $30 service charge is assessed for all checks returned by the bank (NSF). All subsequent payments must be made by money order, cash or credit card.
Late Fees
Tuition is due on the 1st of each month. A $15 late fee is assessed if payment is not received by the close of business on the 15th (or next business day if the 15th is on a weekend or holiday) unless arrangements have been made in advance with the Business Office. Parents experiencing financial difficulty are urged to call the Business Office to make arrangements before arrears action is taken.
