Transcript Request Official transcripts are issued by Bishop Conaty Our Lady of Loretto Registrar's Office and bear the Registrar's signature and the schools seal. Official transcripts are not processed if the student has an outstanding obligation, financial or otherwise. UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT Enrolled students can obtain an unofficial transcript through the Registrar's Office. ORDERING OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS DETAILS WALK IN Walk in request for transcripts can be made at the Registrar's Office. The Office is open Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM-3:30 PM. If a transcript is to be released to a third party, written authorization from the student or alumnae is required. Parents can obtain their student's transcript provided they have written authorization from their student. BY MAIL Students and alumnae can also order official transcripts by mail. Request should include the following information:
All request must be signed by the student or alumnae. Request which have not been signed, will be returned to the requestor. Request should be mailed to the Registrar's Office at 2900 West Pico Blvd., Los Angeles, CA. 90006-3802 Method of Payment Cost: $5.00 per transcript (pick up) $6.00 per transcript (if it needs to be mail) Check, Money Order, Cash and Credit Card payments (Visa/Mastercard/Discover) Please make check payable to:Bishop Conaty-Loretto High School Process Time Once your request is received it takes two working days to be process.
