Official transcripts are issued by Bishop Conaty-Our Lady of Loretto Registrar's Office and bear the Registrar's signature and the school seal. Official transcripts are not processed if the student has an outstanding obligation, financial or otherwise.
Enrolled students can obtain an unofficial transcript through the Registrar's Office.
ORDERING OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS DETAILS
Walk in request for transcripts can be made at the Registrar's Office. The Office is open Monday-Friday from 7:30 AM-3:30 PM.
If a transcript is to be released to a third party, written authorization from the student or alumnae is required. Parents can obtain their student's transcript provided they have written authorization from their student.
Students and alumnae can also order official transcripts by mail.
Request should include the following information:
- Name attended under (or any possible names)
- Dates of attendance & which school
- Year of Graduation
- Date of Birth
- How many copies are being requested
- Where to send the transcripts
- Current telephone number (in case we need to contact you)
All request must be signed by the student or alumnae. Request which have not been signed, will be returned to the requester.

Method of Payment
Cost: $5.00 per transcript (pick up)
$6.00 per transcript (if it needs to be mailed)
Check, Money Order, Cash and Credit Card payments (Visa/Mastercard/Discover)

Once your request is received it takes two working days to be processed.
