We’re kicking off summer with energy and teamwork! Volleyball conditioning is taking place this week, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday (June 30, July 1, and July 2), right here on campus. These sessions are designed to build core strength, improve ball control, and develop foundational team skills as we gear up for the upcoming season.
Each day includes stretching, warm-ups, drills, serving, and team-building exercises led by our coaching staff. Students should arrive on time, bring water, and be ready to work hard and have fun.
Whether you’re a returning Wildcat or new to the game, these sessions are a great opportunity to stay active and connected with your team this summer.
