Transcripts

Information about transcript requests:

Official transcripts are issued by Bishop Conaty-Our Lady of Loretto Registrar's Office and bear the Registrar's signature and the school seal.
Official transcripts are not processed if the student has an outstanding obligation, financial or otherwise.
Bishop Conaty – Our Lady of Loretto High School must receive a completed request form to send all transcripts
Allow up to three business days to process transcripts
$20 processing fee per transcript since 2011.
$50 processing fee for transcripts before 2011
