The Bishop Conaty-Our Lady of Loretto Alumnae Relations Office is committed to the success of your reunion and we wish to make this a fun and positive experience for you.  We offer numerous services to our alumnae to support your efforts. We can help make the reunion planning process be straightforward and stress-free.
 
Services Provided:
  • Updated class list and contact information to class organizers
  • Drafting sample letters on behalf of the class organizers. You are encouraged to customize and personalize these communications
  • Provide a list catering services
  • Post the information on our website and newsletter (if time permits)
  • Sample of a questionnaire for the reunion
  • Help you plan a liturgy
Fee Structure
  • For all events: per hour security fee. You must use our security personnel -to be scheduled by Business Administrator.
  • Chapel Use - You must provide your own Presider.
 
The roster that BCLHS provides is only as good as the updates that have been shared with us. Request it early, so that the alumnae associate has adequate time to prepare it for you. Your reunion will be a valuable source of new contact information to keep our lists current
 
When you request and obtain the class roster you agree to following conditions: keeping the access to the database to committee members who need to see it. This list is confidential information and must be ensured that no one uses for any other purpose other than planning a reunion. After the reunion and after the the new contact information is share with Bishop Conaty- Our Lady of Loretto Alumnae Association office, all copies of the database must be deleted. You will not give away contact information for an individual without first checking with such individual and receiving approval from such individual.
